Who: E1-E5 active duty service women or spouses expecting between 1/1/2012-5/31/2012 are eligible
Registration: http://www.formstack.com/forms/?1128421-1Lpob5u4sh All mothers who are due between 1/1/2012-5/31/2012 are encouraged to register online for our upcoming OSOA February 25th baby shower at Camp Pendleton.  Mothers with due dates of June 2012 or later or who have a higher rank will not be considered.
Acceptance: Once your application has been reviewed if you are accepted to attend our 2/25/2012 shower you will be notified via e-mail after January 15th.  Please note due to space/size constraints not everyone will be accepted.
