What: Operation Showers of Appreciation Baby Shower
Where: Chula Vista

Date: November 17th
Time: 1-3pm
Who: Registration is open up to E1-E8, O1, CWO1.  Priority is given to those families E1-E5.  All other families may submit an application and will be considered based on space available and their families needs and current situation.  Moms currently expecting and babies no older than 6 months.

Acceptance: Once your application has been reviewed if you are accepted to attend our 11/17/2012 shower you will be notified via e-mail after September 1st.  Please note due to space/size constraints not everyone will be accepted.
