For this program items are donated directly to a specific command to be given to the families within their command. There are no rank limits for this program. It will be up to the command to decide which families receive this assistance.
OSOA has committed to donate up to 15 items per requesting command. This request should come from the Family Readiness Officer (FRO) or someone within your command that is an E7 or higher. The Unit Assistance request form will need to be completed in full prior to receiving items and each command can receive assistance once per fiscal year.
If you have families that would be able to attend a shower that has not yet occurred, we encourage them to complete the registration for our regular showers.
