For this program items are donated directly to a specific command to be given to the families within their command. There are no rank limits for this program. It will be up to the command to decide which families receive this assistance.
OSOA does not guarantee that each Unit Assistance Application will be approved.
This request should come from the Family Readiness Officer (FRO) or someone within your command that is an E7 or higher. The Unit Assistance request form will need to be completed in full prior to OSOA reviewing application and receiving items. Each command can receive assistance once per fiscal year. If you have families that would be able to attend a shower that has not yet occurred, we encourage them to complete the registration for our regular baby showers.
