What: Operation Showers of Appreciation Baby Shower
Where: Oceanside, CA
Date: September 29, 2012
Time: 1-3pm
Who: Registration is open up to E1-E8, O1, CWO1. Priority is given to those families E1-E5. All others are determined by space available in the shower and the needs of the family. Moms currently expecting with due dates not past February 15, 2013 and babies no older than 3 months.

Acceptance: Once your application has been reviewed if you are accepted to attend our 9/29/2012 shower you will be notified via e-mail after July 8th. Please note due to space/size constraints not everyone will be accepted.
